I am an expat living in Dubai. Having experienced Dubai's civilized and establish enviroment, it was quite hard for me to live in the Northern Emirates. Since it was business, I did not think twice, I left of to Ras Al Khaimah with sadness in my heart because I will be leaving Dubai.
